The Implicit Career Search – Career Leadership

The Implicit Career Search (ICS) is a program intended to assist people to clearly define what the purpose of their work is to be, and to guide them in developing a successful career based on that purpose. Originally developed as a program for employment agencies in British Columbia, Canada, ICS is now being used globally by career and life coaches, colleges, universities and youth programs. The emphasis on purpose has particularly attracted and motivated the millennial generation to seek out this approach. ICS differs from other purpose-based approaches to career exploration by providing a clear step by step process to help individuals define their work purpose.

Take charge of your career by determining its purpose, defining a path to achieve that purpose and developing your career from craftsperson to creator.
